- 500 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 150 g of lard
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 1 jar of citron jam
Knead the flour and the eggs first, then gradually add the sugar, the lard and the baking powder.
Put a layer of shortcrust on a small mould, add the citron jam and then cover with a thin layer of pastry.
Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
