- 2 cups of whole wheat flour and ½ of plain flour
- 1/2 cup of corn-starch
- 3 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- soy milk q.s
- salt and pepper q.s
- onion jam
Sift the flours and then add oil and soy milk.
Grease and flour the moulds, then fill them halfway. In each mould put a table spoon of onion jam to fill up the top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Check how they are cooking after 20 minutes.
The Onion jam is the perfect final flourish and excellent ingredient to any treat.
