Our dried ground chili pepper is stored in convenient resealable bags to keep its fragrance intact. It is washed and dried a few hours after harvesting, thanks to the dryer available directly on the farm. We fuel the dryer with biomass waste from our farm, ensuring a sustainable and low environmental impact process. This method allows us to offer a chili pepper of the highest quality, with an intense and genuine flavor, perfect for enriching any dish with a touch of true spiciness.
