The Chili Pepper Preserve, made with selected chili peppers and sugar, offers a spicy sweetness that pairs perfectly with aged and semi-aged cheeses. The Tropea Red Onion IGP Preserve, made with Tropea onions and sugar, has a sweet and delicate flavor that pairs wonderfully with fresh and soft cheeses. Both preserves are made using traditional methods without the addition of chemical thickeners, ensuring a natural and high-quality product, perfect for cheese lovers and authentic flavor combinations.
