INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE. 196/2003
In compliance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 (hereinafter referred to as 'T.U.'), and in relation to the personal data that the Scalzo Company will come into possession of, we inform you of the following: the processing is aimed solely at sending the newsletter containing information on the company and its products and services offered.
1) The processing is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 letter. a) of the Consolidated Law: collection, recording, organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data;
2) the operations can be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools;
3) the processing is carried out by the owner and/or those in charge of processing.
The provision of common, sensitive and judicial personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point 1.
Personal data may become known to those in charge of processing and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point 1 to external collaborators, subjects operating within the company and to all those subjects to whom communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1.
Personal data are not subject to disclosure. Article 7 T.U. grants the interested party the exercise of specific rights, including that of obtaining from the owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their making available in an intelligible form; the interested party has the right to know the origin of the data, the purpose and methods of the processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identification details of the owner and the subjects to whom the data may be communicated; the interested party also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the owner has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data.

Any request for cancellation and/or verification of the exact fulfillment of the obligations imposed by law must be sent by registered mail. to the aforementioned owner.
