Who we are
The Scalzo Family
Scalzo products are prepared in the heart of Calabria, in a pristine environment that enhances the authenticity of our preserves. We produce a wide range of products in oil, jams, sauces and condiments, all made with fresh and natural ingredients.
Our specialties include wild chicory, volcanic cream, wild berry jams and genuine Calabrian pesto. We only use extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar and other high quality raw materials, respecting the traditional recipes handed down by Mrs. Carmelina, the backbone of the company.
