In oil

Our sottolio products represent the tradition and quality of Calabrian gastronomy, made with selected ingredients and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. We offer a variety of products including wild pasture chicory, grilled eggplants, crushed olives, chili peppers stuffed with herbs and 'nduja, sliced and stuffed eggplants, turnip tops, Tropea IGP onion fillets, dried tomatoes, zucchini, and mushrooms. We use extra virgin olive oil, which not only enhances the flavor of the ingredients but also represents a more economical choice for the consumer, as our oil is of high quality and more expensive than the main ingredients. The products are pressed into jars to ensure better organoleptic preservation, keeping the authentic flavors of Calabria intact.
