Calabrian fire is a coarsely chopped spicy sauce, prepared with a combination of chilli pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms (Lactarius deliciosus, Tricholoma portentosum, Boletus edulis), aubergines, extra virgin olive oil, capers, aromatic herbs, salt, vinegar and garlic. This sauce offers an explosion of authentic and intense flavors, typical of the Calabrian tradition. Storage method:The product can be stored at room temperature until opened. Once opened, store in the refrigerator. For better preservation, we recommend adding oil to cover the product and consuming it within 30 days.
