In some areas of Calabria, these fillets are known as "scapece". The aubergines, cut into fillets and dressed with high quality ingredients, are crunchy and tasty, with a pleasant combination of aromas and a light spicy note.

Storage method:The product can be stored at room temperature until opened. Once opened, store in the refrigerator. For better preservation, we recommend adding oil to cover the product and consuming it within 30 days.
