Bruschetta with 11 herbs


  • 1 baguette or homemade bread
  • 4 tablespoons of "Bruschetta with 11 herbs"
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • Fresh basil


Bread preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut the bread into slices and toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

Preparation of the seasoning:

  • Mix "Bruschetta with 11 herbs" with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add the diced cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.


  • Spread the herb and cherry tomato mixture over the toasted bread slices.


  • Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
