The traditional process involves drying the jam over a low heat, ensuring a rich and concentrated consistency. Ruvillese chestnuts, typical of Calabria, are small and very tasty, and combine perfectly with cocoa to create a cream with a unique and enveloping flavour. Perfect for spreading on bread and desserts, or used as a special ingredient in your favorite recipes.
