Spaghetti with garlic, oil and hot peppers
Ingredients:
- 400 g of spaghetti
- 3 teaspoons of our mixGarlic, oil and hot pepper
- 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente according to package instructions.
- Prepare the seasoning: In a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons of the mixGarlic, oil and hot pepperand fry gently for 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic and chilli.
- Add the pasta: Drain the spaghetti al dente, keeping a little of the cooking water. Add the spaghetti to the pan with the sauce and mix well to blend the flavors. If necessary, add a little cooking water to create a creamier sauce.
- Serve: Divide the spaghetti onto plates and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
