Our ground dried chili pepper is stored in practical open and close sachets to keep its fragrance intact. It is washed and dried a few hours after harvesting, thanks to the dryer present directly on the company. We feed the dryer with biomass waste from our farm, guaranteeing a sustainable process with low environmental impact. This method allows us to offer a very high quality chilli, with an intense and authentic flavour, perfect for enriching any dish with a touch of genuine spiciness.
