Our Tomato Puree is the result of an ancient tradition, passed down through generations in our Calabrian land. Made exclusively with tomatoes grown under the Calabrian sun, selected and hand-processed according to the traditional method, this puree preserves all the authentic and genuine flavor of fresh tomatoes.
Every stage of production, from harvesting to processing, is carried out with care to ensure a product of the highest quality. The tomatoes are sieved to remove seeds and skins, resulting in a smooth and velvety texture, perfect for enhancing your dishes.
Our puree is a tribute to traditional Calabrian cuisine, ideal for preparing sauces, soups, and family recipes. Without added preservatives, it brings the pure and genuine flavor of freshly picked tomatoes to your table.
