Our Black Cherry Jam is a genuine and delicious product, made with just two ingredients: fresh black cherries and sugar. Our jams are made with the traditional method, without the addition of thickeners which increase the quantity of water in the jam. We use a low heat drying process to preserve the flavor intensity and natural texture of the fruit. This jam is prepared with wild black cherries of the Silana variety, capturing the intense flavor and natural sweetness of black cherries.

A tasty jam to spread on bread, biscuits or tarts for a tasty breakfast or snack. Pour it over yogurt, ice cream or panna cotta. Also ideal in the preparation of desserts, such as tarts or cheesecakes. Add a spoonful to cocktails or smoothies.

Tart with Black Cherry Jam


  • 300g of flour
  • 150g cold butter, cut into cubes
  • 100g of sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jar of Black Cherry Jam


Preparation of the pastry:
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and a pinch of salt.

Add the cold cubed butter and work with your fingertips until you obtain a sandy mixture.

Add the whole egg and yolk, mixing until a smooth mixture forms. If necessary, add a little cold water.

Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Preparation of the Base:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Roll out 2/3 of the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about 0.5cm thick.

Line a tart pan with the rolled out dough, cutting off any excess around the edges.

Tart filling:
Pour the Black Cherry Jam onto the base of the tart and distribute it evenly.

Decoration and Cooking:
With the remaining dough, roll out and cut thin strips.

Arrange the strips over the jam forming a lattice.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tart is golden.

Let the tart cool completely before cutting and serving.


  • For an extra touch of flavor, you can add a dusting of icing sugar to the tart before serving.
  • This tart is delicious on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Storage Method:This product can be stored at room temperature until opened. Once opened, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator to maintain freshness and prolong its shelf life.
