Calabria's Fire is a coarsely chopped spicy sauce, made with a blend of chili pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms (Lactarius deliciosus, Tricholoma portentosum, Boletus edulis), eggplants, extra virgin olive oil, capers, aromatic herbs, salt, vinegar, and garlic. This sauce offers an explosion of authentic and intense flavors, typical of Calabrian tradition. Ideal for adding a lively touch to meat dishes, pasta, bruschetta, and other preparations, Calabria's Fire is perfect for lovers of heat and Mediterranean tastes.

How to use:

Storage method:The product can be stored at room temperature until opened. Once opened, store in the refrigerator. For better preservation, we recommend adding oil to cover the product and consuming it within 30 days.
